Before you return a Archana Jaju’s product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made, all our products are hand crafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
All products are handmade so there can be slight irregular weaves in the basic fabric or print stains or missing stitch which is part of the beauty of handcrafted products. There can be slight variations in colour since exact reproduction of the product can’t be done and the colours differ from every mobile / laptop / tablet screen
We ensure that all the products that are shipped meet our high standards of quality control. Please read below our return policy before you return any item :-
- Product can be returned in case there is any damage in the product. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the product tag within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can call us on +91 9000000580 or email
- If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason , we have a “NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN POLICY”. You can need to mail us at ______ within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product
- Kindly mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your return
- For domestic orders, you will have to dispatch the order on registered address once the request is received & approved
- For International orders, you will be asked to dispatch the order to the registered address. Return address will be confirmed to you by mail. Responsibility of the safety of the product being returned by the customer lies with the customer only.
- Kindly ensure the returned merchandise is unused, unworn , unwashed and is in the exact same condition when dispatched from our end. Original packaging of the items to be returned including tags.
- Any order which is undelivered due to any issue from the customer’s end, are inapplicable for return.

- At Archana Jaju, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with national couriers (Merchant / DTDC / Fedex) Shipping within India is free for all orders.
- For International orders shipping charges will be applicable for orders under Rs.20000/- Kindly note that any additional customs/charges at the destination country have to be borne by the client as per their respective laws.
- Address change will be accepted only if the order is not shipped.
